Q: When will your system be back online?
A: The team is actively working to fix the IT issue but cannot offer a specific timeline for when the system will be operational again. We thank you for your patience.
Q: How do I make a booking for a flight only to The Gambia?
A: We can process flight only bookings for The Gambia Experience. Please call one of our team to reserve your seat and pay by bank transfer. If you wish to make a card payment, all of our flights and prices are currently listed on www.skyscanner.net.
Q: What do I do if I am travelling in the next few days?
A: For any existing and confirmed bookings for 1st -5th November, please note that your bookings are confirmed and will operate as normal. You can check in at the airport with your passport only.
Q: How do I pay the balance of my upcoming holiday?
A: We can take all balance payments through an online bank transfer. Please call us for our bank details and use your holiday reference number as a payment reference.
Q: Why can I not access your website?
A: Due to an IT system outage, our websites are unavailable. We are actively working to resolve the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
